I’m so incredibly over this natural hair = wild, crazy and “unkempt”. THIS IS WHAT OUR HAIR LOOKS LIKE. This ad is so incredibly and blatantly offensive, it’s hard for me to believe that nivea just didn’t realize what they were implying. And if they really did not realize it, all that speaks to is how deeply rooted racism is, so much to the point that people just think this type of shit is okay.

No one ever called Ashton Kutcher uncivilized when he had long hair. Just sayin’.
