my night snacking is getting out of hand.. it went from bowls of cereal to wanting to prepare full meals at 11:45 PM that i will eat alone, then fall asleep on a very full stomach, and then always wake up with a stomach ache. that being said, it’s worth it cause eating at any time is really fun and rewarding to me these are thoughts
